Sourcing the new idea and design!
1. It would be good if you provide us your designing idea but if you need us to provide our designing idea for your reference, we will try our best to source and work out the best design you like.
2. All designing activities will not stop until you find it is the most suitable
Sample preparation!
1. After you confirmed the designing, our engineer will work on the designing draft into 3d or 2d plates by using 3d max,3dmaya,autocad and other sofeware.
2. All cost for 3d image plate making are free if you promise the future order.
3. We will email you the 3d plate photo for your initial confirmation to decide if we should modify the plate or not.
4. Upon the confirmation of the 3d plate from you, we will laser the plate into the crystal block to work out the real sample.
5. As soon as the first sample is finished, we will send the photo of it for your confirmation again.
6. Upon your confirmation of the sample photos, we could send the real samples to you for your final confirmation by DHL.
7. Sample is free,but ¡°freight collecting¡± is prefered for the first sample shippment,or we pay the cost before shippment for save cost reason,but you should mail us the money.
8. You could also have us modify the sample if you get the sample and find it not satisfactory, we could modify it again and again until you are satisfied with it.
Mass production!
1. We will have our workers make all the 3D laser crystal per the sample strictly
2. Our quality control departments will inspect the goods as well as the production process in full heart and all departments just bear related responsibilities.
3. We will let you know the how the order is going on all the time,to ensure the order is finished as perfect as you wished.
Packing & Shipping
1. We will use our regular gift box to pack your order if you are ok with our packing methods.
2. If you prefer your own packing way,we just take the new packing way as you required.
3. Per the shipping window,we will duly arrange the booking, document making,custom declearation,inland transport, and etc.We will cooperate with the shipping agentto workout the B/L at the first speed.
4. During the shipping period,we will communicate with you intactly to ensure the successful shippment.
